Skin care - Morning Moisturizing - Anatomicals No Old Bags Allowed and Caudalie Pulpe Vitaminée Anti-Wrinkle Fluid

Some months ago, I posted my evening cleansing routine that you can read here. Now I would like to show you how I'm currently proceeding with my morning face moisturizing. Let me start saying that I have two staple products which are Anatomicals' No Old Bags Allowed for my eye area and Caudalie Pulpe Vitaminée anti-wrinkle fluid for the rest of my face.

Qualche mese fa, ho postato la mia procedura di pulizia del viso serale e, se volete leggerla, la trovate qui. Adesso vorrei mostrarvi come faccio ad idratare la mia pelle la mattina. Fatemi cominciare dicendo che ho attualmente due prodotti di base che sono No Old Bags Allowed di Anatomicals per il contorno occhi e Caudalie Pulpe Vitaminée anti-wrinkle fluid per il resto del viso.

After having washed my face, I proceed patting with my ring finger a tiny amount of Anatomicals' No Old Bags Allowed gel on the area below my eyes. Anatomicals is a UK brand which I personally like a lot. They sell several face and body care products with beautiful and colourful packagings at very reasonable prices. No Old Bags Allowed has a gel texture, very light and refreshing.

Dopo essermi lavata il viso, procedo picchiettando con l'anulare una piccola quantità del gel No Old Bags Allowed di Anatomicals solo nella zona al di sotto degli occhi. Anatomicals è un marchio britannico che mi piace molto. Produce diversi articoli per la cura del viso e del corpo con bellissimi packaging colorati a prezzi molto ragionevoli. No Old Bags Allowed ha una formulazione in gel, molto leggera e rinfrescante.

It reduce the puffiness of the morning and meanwhile it moisturize the very sensitive skin of that area which remains soft and elastic all day long. It isn't sticky and it has no smell, thing that helps reducing the possibility of allergic reaction.

Riduce il gonfiore mattutino delle borse e, nel mentre, idrata la pelle molto sensibile di quest'area che rimane morbida ed elastica per tutto il giorno. Non tende ad essere colloso e non ha profumo, cosa che riduce la possibilità di reazioni allergiche.

Before I go on, I need to tell you that I've got a combination skin with some more oily areas and some drier and sometimes some blemishes, so probably my routine wouldn't be suitable for all of you. Having said that, I go on applying my Caudalie Pulpe Vitaminée Anti-Wrinkle Fluid, which is really amazing. I bought my first bottle when I received a sample of it at home about one year ago and I repurchased it again and again and it's currently my favourite.

Prima di proseguire, devo dirvi che io ho una pelle mista con zone più grasse e zone più secche e talvolta alcune imperfezioni o brufoletti, quindi probabilmente la mia routine non è adatta a tutti voi. Detto questo, procedo applicando il mio fluido Caudalie Pulpe Vitaminée Anti-Wrinkle che è davvero strepitoso. Ho cominciato acquistando il primo botticino dopo aver ricevuto un campione a casa circa un anno fa, del quale mi sono innamorata e così l'ho ricomprato più volte e, per il momento, resta il mio preferito.

 

The formulation is rich of natural smoothing and energizing ingredients. It contains grape-seed polyphenols and it's free from parabens and artificial colorings. It's not tested on animals (yess! - Companies, test on bloggers not on animals!!!) It smells divine: fruity and fresh. It's light, not oily and you can use two simple pumps to moisturize your face for all day.

La formulazione è ricca di ingredienti naturali lenitivi ed energizzanti. Contiene polifenoli ricavati dai semi dell'uva e non contiene parabeni o coloranti artificiali. Non è testato sugli animali (siii! - Aziende, testate sulle blogger non sugli animali!!!) Ha un profumo divino: fruttato e fresco. E' leggero, non unge ed è sufficiente premere due volte il pratico erogatore per ottenere la giusta quantità per idratare il viso un giorno intero.

Soap & Glory - Kick Ass Concealer

I think that Soap and Glory could be my personal best discover of 2011. For sure all the products I've tried are amazingly good. We already swatched and reviewed Smoulder Kohl eyeliner, Lid Stuff in Smokey Dokey eyeshadow quad and Hand Food incredible hand cream. Now it's time to write something about the Kick Ass concealer, but meanwhile we are going on testing other items and they are simply so good.

Penso che Soap and Glory sia la mia miglior scoperta personale del 2011. Sicuramente tutti i prodotti che ho provato sono incredibilmente buoni. Abbiamo già pubblicato swatch e review della matita per occhi Smoulder Kohl, della palette di ombretti Lid Stuff in Smokey Dokey and dell'incredibile crema mani Hand Food. Adesso è ora di scrivere qualcosa a proposito del correttore Kick Ass, ma nel frattempo stiamo continuando a testare altri prodotti e sono semplicemente ottimi.

I will avoid praising the gorgeous black and pink vintage packaging, because you'll already know how much I love it. The special thing about this product is that it contains three pieces in one. You have two different shades of concealer and one sealing powder.

Questa volta eviterò di elogiare il fantastico packaging vintage rosa e nero, perchè saprete già quanto mi piace. Quello che è speciale di questo prodotto è il fatto che è un " tre in uno". Infatti contiene due diverse tonalità di correttore e una polvere fissante.

So the pinkier shade is a brightening concealer for the under eye area. It contains an anti-puffyness active ingredient. The second, yellower, shade is more suitable to cover skin imperfections as blemishes.

Dunque la tonalità più rosata è un correttore illuminante per le occhiaie. Contiene un principio attivo contro le famigerate "borse". La seconda tonalità, più tendente al giallo, è indicata per coprire le imperfezioni della pelle come i brufoletti.

The fact that it containes these three pieces, one mirror and une little sponge, makes this item great even to be put in your handbag for your every day exigences. In the upper part of the box you can find the transparent setting powder which fix your concealer, blends it with your skin tone, makes it matt and sets everything together.

Il fatto che la confezione contenga tre prodotti, uno specchio e una spugnetta, rende questo articolo ottimo da portare con sé in borsa per le esigenze di tutti i giorni. Nella parte superiore della scatoletta c'è la polvere trasparente che fissa il correttore, lo uniforma alla tonalità della pelle, lo rende opaco e armonizza tutto l'insieme.

The texture is stunning. It gives very good coverage, but it's not to heavy or thick. It gets blended perfectly with your skin and it's definitely long lasting. At least one complete evening. I got mine in light shade, but there's also available the medium one.

La texture è eccezionale. Garantisce un'ottima copertura, ma non è troppo pesante o densa. E' molto semplice renderla uniforme al proprio colorito e dura davvero parecchio. Almeno un'intera serata. Io ho scelto la tonalità light, ma è anche disponibile quella medium.



It is absolutely not expensive as you have to pay 10,00 £ only for all that stuff. Once again this is sadly not available in Italy. You can find Soap & Glory range in Boots if you are in the UK or in Sephora if you are in the USA. I purchased mine on ebay from a very good seller.

Stila Winter Brush Set

In December Stila has launched the Holiday Collection 2011, which is a small gorgeus range of products sets at a very competitive prices. From this collection I picked the Winter Brush Set and I think it's really a bargain.

In dicembre Stila ha lanciato la Holiday Collection 2011, che è una piccola bellissima gamma di set di prodotti a prezzi veramente competitivi. Da questa collezione ho scelto il Winter Brush Set e credo sia stato un ottimo affare.

The set comes in a cute purple box (mine has arrived a bit smashed unluckily). You find inside 5 brushes with different functions.

Il set è in una graziosa scatolina color ciclamino (la mia è arrivata un po' schiacciata purtroppo). All'interno si trovano 5 pennelli per diversi impieghi.

I have to say that I liked the quality. The brushes are soft and rich. They don't look as professional as the MAC ones, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Devo dire che la qualità mi ha fatto una buona impressione. I pennelli sono soffici e ricchi. Non hanno un aspetto così professionale come quelli di MAC, ma nel complesso sono soddisfatta del mio acquisto.

Le funzioni elencate qui sopra sono quelle suggerite direttamente da Stila, non sono sempre d'accordo, ma non credo sia un problema. Il prezzo è incredibile. Si può avere tutta questa roba per 18,00 £ e credo che sia veramente un affare! Io ho acquistato il mio set sul sito Feelunique con spedizione internazionale gratuita. Soap & Glory - Lid Stuff in Smokey Dokey

Just one single word...STUNNING! I do love and love this eyeshadow palette. The packaging is absolutely amazing, the colours are great and the quality is very good.

Una parola soltanto...MOZZAFIATO! Adoro questa palette di ombretti. Il packaging è assolutamente meraviglioso, i colori sono fantastici e la qualità è ottima.

Soap & Glory, which was already one of my ever favourite brand, has now come out with this new gorgeous cosmetics line. The first item I've tried is this Lid Stuff palette in Smokey Dokey and I'm simply in love with it.

Soap & Glory, che era già una delle mie marche preferite, ha da poco lanciato questa meravigliosa linea di cosmetici. Il primo prodotto che ho provato è questa Lid Stuff palette in Smokey Dokey e semplicemente la adoro.

The four colours (Diamondust, Chine, Black Gold and Smokin’) are made of two light shades: a metalic white cream and a sheer metalic lilac and two dark shades: a creamy grey and a dark metalic grey.

I quattro colori (Diamondust, Chine, Black Gold and Smokin’) sono costituiti da due nuances chiare: un bianco crema metallico and un lilla metallico quasi trasparente e due nuances scure: un grigio opaco ed un grigio scuro metallico.

The eyeshadows are not so highly pigmented, thing that is good to me as I don't want a too heavy makeup. They are amazing to be blended and I really like every single colour. They last hours and hours.

Gli ombretti non sono molto pigmentati, cosa che per me va bene, perchè non voglio un trucco troppo pesante. Si sfumano benissimo e mi piace davvero ciascun colore. Durano ore e ore senza rovinarsi.




If I really have to remark something, probably I would have preferred less metalic shades and more creamy ones, as per the nude version. I'm anyway very satisfied with my purchase. If you don't like the Smokey Dokey version, there are two more options which are absolutely beautiful.

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, forse avrei preferito meno tonalità metalliche e più opache, come nella versione nude. Ma sono comunque molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto. Se non vi piace la versione Smokey Dokey, ci sono altre due varianti, altrettanto belle.
